Refund policy

  • Online and In Store Purchase Return/ Refund For In Store Credit:
  • All items must be inspected before signing on delivery and acknowledging all items are in good condition.
  • If your Item is delivered damaged or defective, contact the Customer Service number within 48 hours.
  • If the incorrect Item is delivered contact the Customer Service number for an exchange or refund for In Store Credit.
  • All Cancelled orders (that are permitted by the store) are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.Ā 
  • For any appropriate exchanges (permitted by the store) in store credits will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s); With the exception of damaged or defective merchandise, shipping, delivery, and handling charges are nonrefundable, and return shipping or pickup fees may apply.Ā
